资源简介：
针对三维封装光模块的功耗研究，需要测量光模块的工作电压和工作电流，也是确保光模块正常工作、性能稳定和长寿命的关键步骤。通过热流仪控制模块壳温分别达到低温(0℃)、常温(25℃)、高温(70℃)，通过直流电源监测模块工作电压与工作电流并进行记录，数据量为19.5MB。
This dataset is developed for the power consumption research of 3D-packaged optical modules. Measuring the operating voltage and current of the optical module is a critical step to guarantee its normal operation, stable performance and extended service life. Specifically, a thermal flow meter was utilized to regulate the module shell temperature to three target levels: low temperature (0℃), room temperature (25℃) and high temperature (70℃). A DC power supply was used to monitor and log the module's operating voltage and current. The total size of this dataset is 19.5 MB.
