De novo transcriptome assembly of Alzatea verticillata

This Zenodo deposit contains the key data products generated during the de novo transcriptome analyses of Alzatea verticillata. We provide the final filtered transcriptome assembly together with the main derived outputs used for technical validation and downstream analyses (e.g., expression matrices, functional annotation).
