To understand the role of ORE15 in the early leaf development, we have employed transcriptional profiling of wild type Col-0, ore15-1D, and ore15-2KO at 4 days after leaf emergence. Agilent's Whole Arabidopsis Gene Expression Microarray (G2519F-021169, V4, 4x44K) was used. Transcriptional profiling comparision between Col, ore15-1D and ore15-2 at early development (DAE 4). 2 independent biological samples.
为解析ORE15在叶片早期发育中的功能,我们对叶片萌发后4天的野生型Col-0、ore15-1D及ore15-2KO植株开展了转录谱分析(transcriptional profiling)。实验采用安捷伦(Agilent)全拟南芥基因表达微阵列(型号:G2519F-021169,V4版本,4×44K规格)。本研究针对Col-0、ore15-1D与ore15-2在发育早期(DAE 4)的转录谱进行了比较分析,共设置2组独立生物学重复样本。
