Transcriptomic analysis of Agave angustifolia mature leaf

To provide an initial genomic analysis of Agave angustifolia, four RNA-seq datasets from leaves (mature and young), roots and pineapple were sequenced. De novo assembly was obtained, and comparative transcriptome profiling provides insights into the molecular and physiological functions between tissues.

为对狭叶龙舌兰（Agave angustifolia）开展初步基因组分析，本研究对取自其成熟叶片、幼叶、根及菠萝的四组RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据集进行了测序。本研究获得了从头组装（de novo assembly）结果，并通过比较转录组谱分析（comparative transcriptome profiling）揭示了不同组织间的分子与生理功能特征。
