RNA-Seq of hippocampus derived from WT and APP/PS1 Alzheimer's disease models which with/without BM-MSCs treatment

We report the application of next-generation sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling to describe that the role of BM-MSCs for Alzheimer's mouse models therapy.
