ONT adaptive sampling analysis of the 3' end of the F28 plasmid family in Borrelia turicatae and Borrelia venezuelensis Raw sequence reads

ONT adaptive sampling was performed to determine if multiple 3' telomere configurations exist for Borrelia venezuelensis RMA01 F28 plasmids. Borrelia turicatae 91E135's F28 plasmid was used as a control since it should have only 3' telomere configuration.

本研究采用ONT自适应采样（ONT adaptive sampling）技术，以检测委内瑞拉疏螺旋体（Borrelia venezuelensis）RMA01菌株的F28质粒是否存在多种3'端端粒（3' telomere）构型。图基卡疏螺旋体（Borrelia turicatae）91E135株的F28质粒因仅存在单一3'端端粒构型，被用作本次实验的对照。
