Bisulfite sequencing of Sordaria macrospora wild type and asf1 mutant

The aim of this analysis was to analyze DNA methylation in the wild type and the histone chaperone mutant asf1 of the filamentous fungus Sordaria macrospora. Two independent biological replicates were performed and sequenced each for the wild type and the developmental mutant asf1.
