3D Platelet EM 语义分割数据集

3D Platelet EM 全称 3D Platelet Electron Microscopy，是一个用于研究 EM 细胞密集分割的数据集。该数据集包含 2 张人类血小板在三维电子显微镜下的图像，以及这 2 张图像的实例分割和语义分割。这些数据已经由 NIBIB 审核过，不包含 PII 或 PHI，并且可以公开发布。所有文件均采用 multipage uint16 TIF 格式，image voxel 约为 40*10*10 nm 。

3D Platelet EM, whose full name is 3D Platelet Electron Microscopy, is a dataset dedicated to research on dense cell segmentation in electron microscopy (EM) imaging. This dataset includes two images of human platelets captured via three-dimensional electron microscopy, alongside their respective instance segmentation and semantic segmentation results. These data have been reviewed by NIBIB, contain no PII or PHI, and are approved for public release. All files are stored in multipage uint16 TIF format, with an image voxel size of approximately 40 × 10 × 10 nm.
