Consensus Pituitary Atlas

We generated a uniformly pre-processed Consensus Pituitary Atlas (CPA) using all existing pituitary single-cell datasets. Leveraging this atlas, we perform data analysis to uncover genes associated with various levels of metadata, as well as cell fates. We then use the CPA to develop tools for cell type annotation and doublet detection in pituitary datasets. In addition, we made the CPA browsable on the epitome platform. To validate and extend results from the CPA we have also generated a single-nucleus multiome dataset.

我们整合所有已公开的垂体单细胞数据集，构建了经过统一预处理的垂体共识图谱（Consensus Pituitary Atlas，CPA）。依托该图谱，我们开展数据分析以挖掘与不同层级元数据及细胞命运相关的基因。随后，我们基于CPA开发了面向垂体数据集的细胞类型注释（cell type annotation）与双细胞（doublet）检测工具。此外，我们将CPA部署至epitome平台，支持可视化浏览。为验证并拓展CPA的研究成果，我们还构建了单细胞核多组学数据集。
