Bacterial Staggered Mock Community

Whole genome shotgun sequencing of bacterial mock community found in staggered abundance using the Ion Torrent platform. Mixture was obtained from bei resources catalog number HM-277D and contains genomes of 20 bacterial species. Sequences were used as a control for the validation of both the sequencing platform and the bioinformatics involved for taxonomic classification of the short reads.采用Ion Torrent测序平台，对丰度呈梯度分布的细菌模拟群落进行全基因组鸟枪法测序（Whole genome shotgun sequencing）。该混合物购自BEI资源库，目录编号为HM-277D，包含20种细菌的基因组。所获得的测序序列被用作对照，用于验证该测序平台以及用于短读长序列分类学鉴定的相关生物信息学流程。
