Application of the restriction site associated 2b-RAD approach to genotype Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in 3 population samples of Huso huso sampled in the Black-Azov and Caspian basins with the aim of evaluating the geographical patterns of genomic variation and defining criteria for the reintroduction of this species in Italy where it is locally extinct.

本研究应用限制性酶切位点相关2b-RAD（restriction site associated 2b-RAD）技术，对采自黑海-亚速海流域与里海流域的3个欧洲鳇（Huso huso）种群样本开展单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）基因分型，旨在评估该物种基因组变异的地理分布格局，并为其在意大利的种群重引入制定判定标准，该物种目前在意大利境内已局部灭绝。
