Changes in the Public Home Care Sector, 1994

The objective of the project was to research variation in the muncipal domestic care in diffrent muncipalities, and if develpment processes were of varying nature in different muncipalities. Information was gathered about the employees' workexperience, health problems, workload and work environment. Some of the questions asked in 1994 are not the same as those asked in 1989.

该项目旨在研究不同城市市政家庭护理服务的差异，以及不同城市的发展过程是否具有不同性质。研究收集了员工的工作经验、健康问题、工作量及工作环境相关信息。1994年提出的部分问题与1989年的问题存在差异。
