A transcriptome analysis was carried out on RNA-seq data obtained from a susceptible wheat cultivar (WL711) at 24 hours after inoculation (hai ), 48 hai and 7 days after inoculation (dai) of PSWKBGH-1, 2 and 3. The study aims at comparative analysis between the pathogenic dikaryon stage with its monosporidial lines at transcriptomic level to study the genes in all the three genomes and wheat genes affected due to their infection.

本研究针对感病小麦品种WL711,在接种PSWKBGH-1、2、3后的24小时(hours after inoculation, hai)、48小时(hai)以及接种后7天(days after inoculation, dai)的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展转录组分析(transcriptome analysis)。本研究旨在从转录组水平,对致病双核阶段与其单孢菌株系(monosporidial lines)进行比较分析,以探究受病原菌侵染影响的三个基因组中的基因以及小麦基因。
