This repository contains the h5 files generated from Cell Ranger outputs, the processed scRNA-seq data (h5ad), and the scripts used to produce all analyses and figures in the manuscript. The final_scripts folder includes the notebooks and R/Python code for cell-type analyses, preprocessing, quality control, trajectory inference, and cell–cell communication.本仓库包含由Cell Ranger软件（Cell Ranger）输出生成的h5文件、经过预处理的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据（格式为h5ad），以及用于生成本手稿中全部分析流程与可视化图表的脚本代码。其中final_scripts文件夹内包含用于细胞类型分析、数据预处理、质量控制、轨迹推断以及细胞间通讯分析的Jupyter笔记本与R、Python代码。
