本研究针对富集抑制性H3K9me2表观遗传标记的常染色质区域的三维构象展开探究。实验设计概述:我们对16至18小时龄的黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)胚胎开展了靶向H3K9me2的染色质免疫沉淀测序(ChIP-seq, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing)。本实验共检测五种基因型,每种基因型设有两份免疫沉淀(IP, Immunoprecipitation)生物学重复。免疫沉淀样本及其对应的Input对照样本均通过Illumina Hiseq4000测序平台完成测序。
