Heterochromatic islands in euchromatin are in spatial contacts with the hierarchically organized heterochromatin domain

We study the 3D conformation of euchromatic regions enriched with suppressive H3K9me2 epigenetic marks Overall design: We performed ChIP-seq targeting H3K9me2 at 16-18hr Drosophila melanogaster embryos. Five genotypes were assayed and each genotype has two replicates of IP. IP samples, along with their corresponding INPUT, were sequenced with Illumina Hiseq4000

本研究针对富集抑制性H3K9me2表观遗传标记的常染色质区域的三维构象展开探究。实验设计概述：我们对16至18小时龄的黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）胚胎开展了靶向H3K9me2的染色质免疫沉淀测序（ChIP-seq, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing）。本实验共检测五种基因型，每种基因型设有两份免疫沉淀（IP, Immunoprecipitation）生物学重复。免疫沉淀样本及其对应的Input对照样本均通过Illumina Hiseq4000测序平台完成测序。
