Lapsana communis, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Lapsana communis to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了为稻槎菜（Lapsana communis）生成的基因组与转录组数据，作为达尔文生命之树计划（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，旨在助力该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所产生的数据将按照《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）的要求进行开放共享。
