Through column studies using bioreactors that simulated PRBs, the remediation effects of zero-valent iron-coupled straw and multiple types of biochar on uranium-contaminated groundwater were studied. Macrogenomes were used to analyze the structural and functional genetic changes of autotrophic microflora in different zero-valent iron-coupled biochar bioreactors used for uranium-contaminated groundwater remediation.
本研究采用模拟渗透性反应屏障(Permeable Reactive Barriers, PRBs)的生物反应器开展柱实验,探究零价铁耦合秸秆与多种生物炭对铀污染地下水的修复效果;同时通过宏基因组(Macrogenomes)分析技术,解析不同零价铁耦合生物炭生物反应器内自养微生物群落的结构与功能遗传变化。
