Exome Capture of barley line CI5791 and CI5791 gamma3 and gamm8 mutants

This data is a whole exome capture enriched gDNA sequence of barley line CI5791 and two gamma irradiated mutants (CI5791-gamma3 and CI5791-gamma8) that have deletions within the HvWRKY6 transcription factor that interrupts Pyrenophora teres f. teres resistance in this line.
