HIV-1 diversity in viral reservoirs obtained from circulating T-cell subsets during early ART and beyond

This study focused on the examination of HIV-1 viral reservoir at diagnosis and in the first years after therapy. The main goal was to study viral dyanmics in the provial pool and potential immunological biomarkers to evaluate the immune status of HIV+ indiciduals.
