已转换为ShareGPT格式，移除错误内容、驳回回复、高频n元语法(n-gram)与拒绝生成文本；采用字符串匹配/最小哈希(min-hash)方法完成去重，通过分类器模型与字符串匹配手段完成内容净化，并修正了所有拼写与语法错误。
