赤霉素显著促进苗高生长,但对其它指标的增效作用不明显。经质量浓度为1 mg/L 和5 mg/L 的芸苔素内酯处理后,杜仲叶内杜仲胶含量达到4.74%、5.01%,分别是对照的3.21 和3.04倍;苗高分别较对照增加12.26% 和16.09%;平均单株叶片数分别均比对照多8 片;单株叶质量分别是对照的2.21 和2.25 倍;单株树皮质量分别是对照的1.97 和2.05 倍;叶生物量为2 993.54 和3 089.83 kg/hm,树皮生物量为576.87 和543.78 kg/hm,茎杆生物量为2 060.71 和1 935.24 kg/hm,分别是对照的2.16 和2.23 倍、2.00和1.89 倍、2.07 和1.94 倍。

Gibberellin significantly promoted seedling height growth, but showed no significant synergistic effects on other measured indicators. When treated with brassinolide at mass concentrations of 1 mg/L and 5 mg/L, the eucommia rubber content in Eucommia ulmoides leaves reached 4.74% and 5.01%, which were 3.21 and 3.04 times that of the control group, respectively. The seedling height increased by 12.26% and 16.09% compared to the control, respectively. The average number of leaves per plant was 8 more than that of the control for both treatment groups. The leaf mass per plant was 2.21 and 2.25 times that of the control, respectively, while the bark mass per plant was 1.97 and 2.05 times that of the control, respectively. The leaf biomass was 2993.54 and 3089.83 kg/hm, bark biomass was 576.87 and 543.78 kg/hm, and stem biomass was 2060.71 and 1935.24 kg/hm, which corresponded to 2.16 and 2.23 times, 2.00 and 1.89 times, and 2.07 and 1.94 times that of the control, respectively.
