Bee bread is a pure natural fermented food mixed with bee secretion, pollen and honey. It is not only of high nutritional value, but also rich in a large number of bioactive substances. Compared with bee pollen, it is easy to be digested and absorbed by the human body. The paper identified and analysed of bacteria and fungi in the bee bread of two species of A. cerana and A. mellifera in the four seasons, and revealed the seasonal dynamic changes of microbial composition in the bee bread of two species of bee.
蜂粮(Bee bread)是一种由蜂分泌物、花粉与蜂蜜混合而成的纯天然发酵食品。其不仅具备较高的营养价值,更富含大量生物活性物质。相较于蜂花粉,蜂粮更易被人体消化吸收。本研究对东方蜜蜂(A. cerana)与西方蜜蜂(A. mellifera)两个蜂种四季蜂粮中的细菌与真菌进行了鉴定与分析,揭示了两种蜂的蜂粮内微生物群落组成的季节动态变化规律。
