Transcriptional profiling of yeast strains with various levels of protein secretion

We performed a RNA-Seq of several strains of the yeast S. cerevisiae having different protein secretion capacity of a recombinant protein. From this analysis we could identify conserved patterns in high protein secretion mutant strains.

我们对数株重组蛋白分泌能力存在差异的酿酒酵母（S. cerevisiae）菌株开展了RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析。通过本次分析，我们成功鉴定出高蛋白分泌能力突变菌株中的保守转录模式。
