In order to integrate a solar cell, a transparent rectangular microstrip patch antenna array with a 3x3 configuration has been built. A mesh antenna, Indium tin oxide material, and a transparent substrate are used to increase optical transparency. Multiple benefits that improve the effectiveness, longevity, and sustainability of satellite systems are provided by combining solar cells and antennas in satellite communication. A rectangular microstrip patch antenna is transparent and resonates at 4.6GHz. An 11.20 dB gain is attained by the antenna array. The solar cell in combination with the suggested antenna offers a competitive power generation potential due to the antenna array's high level of transparency.
为实现太阳能电池的集成,本研究构建了一款3×3构型的透明矩形微带贴片天线阵列。该阵列采用网状天线结构、氧化铟锡(Indium tin oxide, ITO)材料与透明基板,以提升光学透过率。将太阳能电池与天线集成应用于卫星通信场景,可带来多项优势,能够提升卫星系统的效能、服役寿命与可持续性。该透明矩形微带贴片天线的谐振频率为4.6GHz,该天线阵列的增益可达11.20 dB。得益于该天线阵列的高透光率,与其集成的太阳能电池具备颇具竞争力的发电潜力。
