This study aims to deeply explore the effects of drought stress on the anthers of Camellia oleifera and its molecular biological mechanisms through transcriptome sequencing technology. Transcriptomic analyses will be conducted on anther samples from both control and drought-treated groups to identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways. Through these data, we hope to reveal the response mechanisms of Camellia oleifera anthers under drought conditions, especially the key genes and signaling pathways involved in antioxidation, osmotic regulation, and cellular protection mechanisms. Furthermore, the results of this study will aid in understanding the regulatory networks of Camellia oleifera anthers under adverse conditions, provide a scientific basis for improving and optimizing drought resistance breeding strategies for Camellia oleifera, and also offer significant reference value for the drought resistance improvement of other economic crops.
