In this study, the transcriptome of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy adults was investigated in response to in vitro treatment with 1,25(OH)2D3. Overall design: RNA-seq of PBMCs of 5 individuals (#5, 9,12,13,14) treated in 3 biologial repeats with the biologically active form of vitamin D, 1,25(OH)2D3 (1,25D) or solvent (0.1% Ethanol (EtOH))

本研究探究了健康成人外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMCs)的转录组经体外1,25(OH)2D3处理后的应答情况。整体实验设计:选取5名个体(编号5、9、12、13、14)的PBMCs,分别以维生素D的生物学活性形式1,25(OH)2D3(简称1,25D)或溶剂(0.1%乙醇(EtOH))进行处理,每组设置3次生物学重复,随后对所有样本开展RNA-seq测序。
