Comparative analysis of gene expression in the control and Atf6ab-dcKO mice

To determine the changes in gene expression under conditions lacking ATF6-branch of the UPR in the developing brain, RNA-sequencing was performed using E16.5 cerebral cortex samples from control and NesCre:Atf6a(f/f)Atf6b(f/f) mice.

为探究发育中大脑内未折叠蛋白反应（Unfolded Protein Response, UPR）的ATF6分支缺失条件下的基因表达变化，本研究使用对照组与NesCre:Atf6a(f/f)Atf6b(f/f)小鼠的胚胎第16.5天大脑皮层样本开展了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）实验。
