Gut microbiome profiling of the southern greater glider

This study aims to characterise gut microbiota of the southern greater glider, an endangered arboreal marsupial endemic to eastern Australia. Microbial community profiling was carried out by amplifying the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene from scat samples.
