In this study, we generated whole-genome sequences of 110 Yellow feather chickens (YFC ) from China. These resequencing data will facilitate uncovering of the molecular basis of the unique nutritional attributes, comparative genomic analyses with other chicken variants, the breeding histories, as well as future improvement and conservation initiatives of the YFC.

本研究中，我们对来自中国的110只黄羽鸡（Yellow Feather Chickens, YFC）完成了全基因组测序。该批重测序数据将有助于揭示黄羽鸡独特营养特性的分子基础、开展与其他鸡种的比较基因组学分析、解析其选育历史，同时可为黄羽鸡未来的选育改良与种质保护工作提供助力。
