We provide gene expression data of wild-type (WT) and various knock-out (KO) bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) from mice (C57BL/6) in different conditions of infections and treatments. We included BMDMs from WT (female and male), Ifnar-/-, IFNg-/-, iNOs-/-, Nlrx1-/- (female and male), Nox2-/- and Prx5-/- mice. BMDMs were either infected with a human protozoan parasite Leishmania guyanensis with or without its endosymbiant double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) virus, Leishmania RNA Virus 1 (LgyLRV1+ and LgyLRV1-, respectively). Alternatively BMDMs were treated with a TLR3 agonist poly I:C, a TLR2 agonist FSL1, with H2O2 or tBHQ. 本数据集提供了C57BL/6小鼠的野生型(wild-type,WT)及多种基因敲除(knock-out,KO)骨髓源巨噬细胞(bone marrow derived macrophages,BMDMs)在不同感染与处理条件下的基因表达数据。所纳入的BMDMs来源小鼠包括野生型(雌雄兼具)、Ifnar-/-、IFNg-/-、iNOs-/-、Nlrx1-/-(雌雄兼具)、Nox2-/-及Prx5-/-小鼠。BMDMs的干预方案分为两类:其一为感染人源原生动物寄生虫圭亚那利什曼原虫(Leishmania guyanensis),该寄生虫可携带或不携带其内共生双链RNA(dsRNA)病毒——利什曼RNA病毒1型(Leishmania RNA Virus 1,分别记为LgyLRV1+与LgyLRV1-);其二为分别用Toll样受体3(TLR3)激动剂聚肌胞苷酸(poly I:C)、Toll样受体2(TLR2)激动剂FSL1、过氧化氢(H₂O₂)或叔丁基对苯二酚(tBHQ)进行处理。本研究同时对野生型(雌雄兼具)、Nlrx1-/-(雌雄兼具)、Nrf2-/-雌性、Prx5-/-雌性及Prx5+/+(同窝对照)雌性BMDMs开展了转录组学分析。
