Potential contribution of the gut microbiota in the development of Portal vein thrombosis in liver cirrhosis

We characterized and compared the microbial community composition between cirrhosis with PVT and cirrhosis without PVT using 16S rRNA gene sequencing and analyzed the relationships between fecal microbiota and coagulation function. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between PVT development and gut microbiota and to provide a theoretical basis for improving gut dysbiosis in the treatment of PVT.

本研究采用16S rRNA基因测序技术，对伴门静脉血栓形成（Portal Vein Thrombosis, PVT）的肝硬化患者与不伴PVT的肝硬化患者的微生物群落组成进行表征与比较，并分析了粪便微生物群与凝血功能之间的关联。本研究旨在探讨PVT发生与肠道微生物群之间的关联，并为改善PVT治疗中肠道菌群失调提供理论依据。
