Our study represents a new strategy for identifying drivers and risk factors of uterine fibroids (F) by identifying genes and pathways differentially regulated in myometrial stem cells (SCs) isolated from myometrium without fibroids (MyoN) and from myometrium adjacent to uterine fibroids (MyoF) using RNA-seq approach. Moreover, we will perform the comparison analysis of the transcriptome between MyoF SCs and fibroid SCs to identify differentially expressed genes. 本研究提出了一种全新的子宫肌瘤(uterine fibroids,缩写F)致病驱动因子与危险因素鉴定策略:通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,对分别源自无肌瘤子宫肌层(MyoN)与子宫肌瘤邻近子宫肌层(MyoF)的子宫肌层干细胞(myometrial stem cells,缩写SCs)中差异调控的基因与通路进行鉴定。此外,本研究还将对比分析MyoF来源的SCs与肌瘤来源SCs的转录组,以筛选差异表达基因。本研究将对三类样本的人子宫肌层干细胞(SCs)转录组进行检测,这三类样本分别取自无肌瘤子宫肌层(MyoN)、肌瘤邻近子宫肌层(MyoF)以及子宫肌瘤组织(F)
