Sequences information of suspected eggs from the seagrass beds of Liusha Bay, Li'an gang and Xincun Bay, China

The sequences (.seq) and the ABI documents (.ab1) names begin with LSB, LAG and XCB represent the suspected eggs collected in the seagrass beds of the Liusha Bay (109.9215°E, 20.4344°N) in Guangdong province, the Li'an gang (110.0528°E, 18.4105°N) and the Xincun Bay (109.9760°E, 18.4089°N) in Hainan province, respectively. The Guangdong and Hainan are the major Chinese provinces with natural seagrass distribution. The primers employed in PCR and sequencing are LCO1490/HCO2198. The species names shown in the .seq file names were determined after comparing with database of the NCBI and BOLD systems.

本数据集所包含的序列文件（.seq）与ABI测序文件（.ab1），其命名前缀LSB、LAG、XCB分别对应采集自中国广东省流沙湾（109.9215°E，20.4344°N）、海南省黎安港（110.0528°E，18.4105°N）及新村湾（109.9760°E，18.4089°N）海草床的疑似虫卵样本。广东与海南是中国天然海草分布的核心省份。本研究中用于PCR扩增与测序的引物为LCO1490/HCO2198。.seq文件名中标注的物种名称，是通过与美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）及生命条形码数据系统（BOLD）的数据库比对后确定的。
