OzMALDI Experimental Data

Mass spectrometry (MS) and mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) data demonstrating OzMALDI-MSI for double-bond determination of lipids, termed OzMALDI. The data files are in raw mass spectra with respect to time of flight and mass per charge(.raw), xy position coordinate files (.xml), and mass spectrometry image files (.imZML and .ibd). This data was collected on a MALDI-Orbitrap MS at Iowa State University.
