Rational design of a multiepitope vaccine encoding T-lymphocyte epitopes for treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infections.

Sequences from 20 HBV isolates, including adr, adw, ayr, and ayw serotypes, were analyzed using text string search software to identify amino acid sequences of 15 or 20 amino acids containing HLA-DR supertype motifs. Peptide sequences that were represented in at least 45% of the HBV sequences were synthesized and tested.本研究针对20株乙型肝炎病毒（Hepatitis B Virus, HBV）分离株（涵盖adr、adw、ayr及ayw四种血清型）的序列，采用文本字符串搜索软件开展分析，以识别出长度为15或20个氨基酸、且包含HLA-DR超型基序（HLA-DR supertype motifs）的氨基酸序列。将在至少45%的HBV序列中存在的肽序列进行合成，并实施实验检测。
