Plasmodium berghei transcriptomes of wild-type and ap2-z knockout parasites [ap2-z(-)] were analyzed at 6 hours post starting ookinete culture (hpoc). Overall design: Wild-type and ap2-z(-) were harvested at 6 hpoc, and total RNA was extracted. Libraries were constructed from the RNA and then sequenced by the Next Generation Sequencing.
本研究针对动合子培养起始后6小时(hpoc)的野生型与ap2-z基因敲除(ap2-z(-))伯氏疟原虫(Plasmodium berghei)的转录组展开分析。实验整体设计如下:于6 hpoc时收集野生型与ap2-z(-)疟原虫,提取总RNA,以该总RNA构建测序文库,随后通过下一代测序(Next Generation Sequencing)完成测序。
