Proteome database of Carnobacterium divergens DSM20623

<i>Carnobacterium divergens</i> is a Gram-positive bacterium belonging to the family of lactic acid bacteria. Not known to be pathogenic in humans, <i>C. divergens</i> is one of the less studied microorganisms. This work sought to provide fundamental information of the bacterium through parsing the UniProt proteome of <i>C. divergens</i> DSM20623 using an in-house MATLAB proteome analysis software. The resulting proteome database comprises protein name, amino acid sequence, number of residues, molecular weight and nucleotide sequence of protein, and should serve as a useful resource for guiding the design of molecular cloning experiments aimed at deciphering the molecular processes occurring in this bacterium.<br><br>

歧肉杆菌（Carnobacterium divergens）是隶属于乳酸菌科的革兰氏阳性菌。目前未发现其对人体具有致病性，该菌也是研究较为匮乏的微生物之一。

本研究通过自研MATLAB蛋白质组分析软件，解析歧肉杆菌DSM20623的UniProt蛋白质组，旨在为该菌提供基础研究数据。所构建的蛋白质组数据库包含蛋白质名称、氨基酸序列、残基数量、分子量以及蛋白质的核苷酸序列，可作为指导分子克隆实验设计的实用资源，助力解析该菌体内的分子过程。
