Research practicum: Scanning electron microscope.

Images obtained from a SEM and used in order to distinguish particles based on size, form and distribution. For all acquired images the corresponding thresholded image can also be found, which were used to determine the average particle size and its distribution (through the "analyze particles" function of Imagej). Furthermore the .csv files containing the Feret diameters obtained from Imagej as well as the Python script used to process the data are also presented.

本数据集包含扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）采集得到的图像，用于基于粒径、形貌与分布特征区分颗粒。所有采集图像均配有对应的阈值化图像，后者可通过ImageJ的「分析颗粒」功能计算平均粒径及其分布情况。此外，本数据集还提供了从ImageJ导出的包含费雷特直径（Feret diameter）数据的.csv文件，以及用于处理该数据集的Python脚本。
