Analysis of antifungal resistance genes in Candida albicans and Candida glabrata using Next Generation Sequencing

The aim of this study was to detect mutations in resistance genes of azole-resistant, echinocandin-resistant or multi-resistant strains using next generation sequencing technology, which allows the analysis of multiple resistance mechanisms in a high throughput setting.

本研究旨在通过下一代测序（Next Generation Sequencing，NGS）技术，检测唑类耐药（azole-resistant）、棘白菌素类耐药（echinocandin-resistant）或多重耐药（multi-resistant）菌株的耐药基因中的突变；该技术可在高通量场景下完成多种耐药机制的分析。
