Macroscopic Data for Apicomplexan Parasites

According to the parasitologist-level knowledge, Plasmodium is ring-shaped, Toxoplasma is generally banana-shaped, Babesia is typically double-pear-shaped and  Erythrocytes resemble an apple. We photo 500 macroscopic images each of ring, banana, double-pear, and apple as Macro data, which best match the Micro objects of interest.

基于寄生虫学家级别的专业知识，疟原虫（Plasmodium）呈环状，弓形虫（Toxoplasma）通常呈香蕉状，巴贝西虫（Babesia）典型形态为双梨形，红细胞（Erythrocytes）外形近似苹果。本数据集分别针对环状、香蕉状、双梨形、苹果样四类目标，各拍摄了500张与其匹配度最高的宏观图像，并将其作为宏观（Macro）数据。
