Gene expression profiling of ovary at 1-10 days and embryo at 4-10 days after flowering (DAT) was performed to obtain an overall signature of the rice transcriptome during early grain development. After the onset of pollination, ovary samples at 1-10 DAT and embryo samples at 4-10 DAT with two replicates were collected and used for microarray analysis. A total of 20 microarray data for ovary and 14 microarray data for embryo were obtained.

本研究对开花后1-10天的子房(ovary)以及开花后4-10天的胚(embryo)开展基因表达谱分析,旨在获取水稻籽粒早期发育过程中转录组(transcriptome)的整体表达特征。授粉启动后,我们采集了1-10 DAT的子房样本与4-10 DAT的胚样本,各设置2次生物学重复,将其用于基因芯片(microarray)分析。最终共获得子房样本的基因芯片数据20组、胚样本的基因芯片数据14组。
