This dataset contains the complete experimental data from a study investigating the effects of inoculation with the plant growth-promoting bacterium Bacillus megaterium and the application of mineral NPK fertilizer on the growth, chlorophyll content, flower and bulb productivity of Narcissus tazetta L. The study was conducted as part of a Master’s thesis at the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Damascus University, Syria.The dataset includes raw measurements of plant growth parameters (leaf length, leaf number, Bulb germination), physiological traits (chlorophyll content), and yield components (number of flowers, bulb number). Treatments included a control, mineral fertilizer alone, Bacillus megaterium alone, and combined treatments. Data were collected under controlled field conditions following a randomized complete block design.These data support the findings presented in the manuscript submitted to PLOS ONE, providing a detailed basis for statistical analysis and enabling replication or meta-analysis.
本数据集包含一项探究接种植物促生细菌巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)与施加矿质氮磷钾(NPK)肥料对多花水仙(Narcissus tazetta L.)生长、叶绿素含量、开花表现及球茎产量影响的完整实验数据。该项研究为叙利亚大马士革大学农业工程学院硕士学位论文的组成部分。数据集涵盖植物生长参数(叶长、叶片数、球茎萌发状况)、生理性状(叶绿素含量)及产量构成要素(开花数、球茎数)的原始测量数据。试验设置了对照组、单施矿质氮磷钾肥料组、单施巨大芽孢杆菌组以及联合施用组四种处理方式。所有数据均在可控田间条件下,采用完全随机区组设计采集得到。本数据集可为投稿至《PLOS ONE》的手稿中呈现的研究结论提供支撑,为统计分析提供详实依据,同时支持研究结果的重复验证与元分析(meta-analysis)。
