This document provides a review of the design and construction of exoskeletons, which have seen increased integration into company production processes as alternative means to enhance worker health and safety while improving work efficiency. A search was conducted in scientific databases related to industry, health, and medicine. Exoskeletons were categorized based on their general characteristics and areas of support on the human body. References for implementing exoskeletons based on specific work activities and recent advancements in the past five years are presented. The document highlights the diverse range of exoskeleton types, technologies, service types, and configurations available. This condensed information will serve as a foundational knowledge base for designers and medical professionals responsible for occupational health and safety across various industries worldwide.
本综述对工业外骨骼(exoskeleton)的设计与构建进行了系统性梳理。当前,外骨骼正愈发广泛地融入企业生产流程,作为兼具提升作业人员健康与安全水平、优化工作效率双重价值的替代性解决方案。本研究通过检索工业、健康与医学领域的科学数据库完成文献调研,基于外骨骼的通用特性及人体支撑部位对其进行分类,并梳理了适配特定作业场景的外骨骼应用案例,以及近五年的技术研究进展。本综述着重介绍了当前已有的多样化外骨骼类型、技术方案、服务模式与部署架构。本次凝练的综述内容,可为全球各行业中负责职业健康与安全工作的设计师与医疗从业者提供基础知识库支撑。
