This dataset contains raw micro-CT images acquired from carbonate and sandstone core plugs collected from different locations in Cyprus . The folder names reflects the name of the rock cores. The scans were acquired using a Philips Brilliance iCT 256-slice scanner, a system typically used for imaging dense and fine anatomical structures such as nasal and ear bones. The CT images have a spatial resolution of 15 micrometers (µm), enabling detailed analysis of pore structures and grain-scale features. These high-resolution scans were used to construct 3D digital rock models that support the findings presented in Sharanik et al. (2025). The dataset includes unprocessed image stacks suitable for segmentation, numerical simulation, and digital rock physics workflows.
