The aim of the study was to determine the flow properties of parallel connection of pneumatic components.The experiments were to measure the pressure changes in a being emptied tank for a directional control valve and a pressure relief valve arranged in parallel. Three test configurations were used: (1) being emptied tank -> DCV -> ambient atmosphere, (2) being emptied tank -> PRV -> ambient atmosphere, (3) being emptied tank -> DCV and PRV in parallel -> ambient atmosphere. So, three data files are included in the dataset. Each data file has a header where parameters of experiment are given. Additionally, for the valves analised , catalogue flow properties are given by means of sonic conductance and critical pressure ratio. The given data allow to verify calculation procedures for determination of flow properties of pneumatic components arranged in parallel.
本研究旨在测定气动元件并联连接的流动特性。本实验针对并联布置的换向控制阀(directional control valve, DCV)与溢流阀(pressure relief valve, PRV),测量排空过程中储气罐内的压力变化。本次实验共设置三种测试工况:(1) 排空储气罐→换向控制阀→大气环境;(2) 排空储气罐→溢流阀→大气环境;(3) 排空储气罐→并联换向控制阀与溢流阀→大气环境。因此本数据集共包含三份数据文件。每份数据文件均带有实验参数表头。此外,针对本次实验所分析的阀门,其厂商目录流动特性以音速导纳(sonic conductance)与临界压力比(critical pressure ratio)的形式给出。本数据集提供的实验数据可用于验证并联气动元件流动特性的计算流程。
