Raw data set for sampling of retrospective samples (analytical data)

Raw data set for 304 retrospectively tested samples. 100 negatve and 204 positive for SARS-CoV-2 by 33 rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2. <br> 0 = negative, 1 = positive Ct(OP) = RT-PCR quantification cycle on samples collected as deep oropharyngeal swabs in universal transport medium.本数据集涵盖304份经回顾性检测的样本原始数据。经33种新冠病毒（SARS-CoV-2）快速抗原检测试剂检测后，100份样本结果为阴性，204份为阳性。 本次检测以0代表阴性、1代表阳性；其中Ct(OP)指以通用转运培养基采集的深口咽拭子样本的逆转录聚合酶链式反应（Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction, RT-PCR）循环阈值。
