Signaling induced biophysical disruption of repressed chromatin domains drives immune cell fate

These are fastq files obtained from 10x multiome experiments on sorted Germinal Center B cells from a Myc-GFP mouse reporter. GCB cells expressing Myc-GFP have been enriched before nuclei preparation for Multiome experiment. Files noted GCB_1_A_S1 are ATACseq files.本数据集包含源自Myc-GFP报告基因小鼠（Myc-GFP mouse reporter）中分选获得的生发中心B细胞（Germinal Center B cells, GCB）的10x多组学（10x Multiome）实验所得的fastq文件。在开展多组学实验并进行细胞核制备前，已对表达Myc-GFP的生发中心B细胞完成富集。命名为GCB_1_A_S1的文件为转座酶可及性测序（ATAC-seq）文件。
