ChIP-seq of Lotus japonicus hairy roots harboring pUB:CBX1-YFP. Lotus japonicus

CBX1 is a key regulator of genes involved in plant phosphate uptake and lipid synthesis during AM symbiosis. In this study, our goal was to identify target genes of this transcription factor performing ChIP-seq on Lotus japonicus hairy roots overexpressing CBX1.

CBX1是丛枝菌根（Arbuscular Mycorrhizal, AM）共生过程中，调控植物磷酸盐吸收与脂质合成相关基因的关键转录因子。本研究中，我们通过对过表达CBX1的百脉根（Lotus japonicus）毛状根开展染色质免疫沉淀测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing, ChIP-seq）实验，旨在鉴定该转录因子的靶基因。
