This project collects the sequencing data and assemblies generated for Siderastrea radians, common name lesser starlet coral, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Coral-Symbiosis Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了针对放射星珊瑚（Siderastrea radians，俗称小星珊瑚（lesser starlet coral））所产生的测序数据与基因组组装结果，以支撑作为水生共生组学（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics，ASG）项目组成部分的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目的实验样本由ASG珊瑚共生组学中心（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/）提供，本项目下的所有数据均遵循生命之树开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行开放共享。
