以不同加工工艺(冷榨、热榨、鲜榨、精炼)的山茶油为研究对象,采用国标滴定法测定山茶油60℃加速氧化过程中酸价、过氧化值、茴香胺值等理化指标,获得山茶油储藏过程中理化变化科学数据。

Taking camellia oils produced via four different processing technologies (cold pressing, hot pressing, fresh pressing, and refining) as the research objects, the physicochemical indicators such as acid value, peroxide value, and anisidine value of camellia oil during accelerated oxidation at 60°C were determined using the national standard titration method, thereby obtaining scientific data on the physicochemical changes of camellia oil during storage.
